In addition if you are a returning customer we keep a file with your sizing in different brands that you have purchased from us. This makes it super easy to help you navigate the right size!
Tree at the Pharm LLC. will happily accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective clothing, with original tags attached, when accompanied by an original Twisted Tree sales receipt. Swimwear, sports bra's, undergarments and jewelry are all final sale items.
Store credit will be issued for items returned with a receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Twisted Tree free gifts with purchase should accompany returns in order to receive the full refund in the form of store credit.
